APU Parts Repair
ATS provides extensive repairs to APU component parts at competitive pricing and quality of service. Using our highly specialized manufacturing cabability including "Electron beam welding" and our own Gleason Curvic grinding machines we provide service to our own overhaul shops as well as other overhaul facilities, especially for titanium impellers.

APU LRU's (Line replacement units)
Full overhaul and repair of FCU's, speed switches and other accessory components from the current overhauled range of APU engines.
Our precision test facility for fuel system components is fitted with Data Acquisition allowing extremely accurate testing and improvements in turn around time.


Cooling Turbine Overhaul
Overhaul and repair of the cooling turbine we manufacture for the AM32C-10C as well as FAA approved repair for various Honeywell cooling turbines for application on narrow body aircraft such as DC9, 727, 737, and MD80.


Cabin Recirculation Blowers
ATS overhauls a variety of high speed rotating (Turbine ) machinery including cabin air circulation blowers and other high speed equipment.
